4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

When making a deposit, you must always use an account or method registered in your own name. Sending funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit. If account verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be held up.

4.3 Financial Security
